Flag Football: Pool Play with double elimination in Tournament Bracket. Teams will consist of minimum of seven (7) on the field and twelve (12) maximum. Two twenty minute halves with ten minute half time.

Running clock. Game time is forfeit time-no grace periods. The Team Manager is the official team representative and will appoint offensive and defensive captains prior to the game. Necessary equipment is two NFL footballs, and belts with two flags attached by Velcro.   The Teams must wear like-colored different numbers jerseys. A player may wear either molded bottom cleats or soft bottom sneakers. The field will consist of 80 yards long and 40 yards wide with each end zone measuring 10 yards. Each Team will have two (2) 1 minute time-outs each half. Scoring is as follows: 6 points for a touchdown, 2 points for a safety, 2 points for extra point (PAT) from the 10 yard line, 1 point for extra point (PAT) from 5 yard line, and 2 points from PAT attempt is intercepted and returned for a score by the defensive team. There will be no aggressive offensive or defensive blocking allowed.   Substitutions are unlimited and may anytime the ball is not in play. Belts and balls will be provided.
